Cvsair exproof axial duct fans bodies are manufactured from galvanized steel sheet. Use of steel increases durability, strength and use of galvanized sheets makes the fan corrosion-resistant and long – lasting. Aluminium alloy makes the impeller very solid. Fan case length is designed longer than the traditional exhaust fans and the fan body is flanged. Terminal box located outside of the fan case and there is a protection wire at suction side of the body to protect fan from solid particles. Protection class of the fan is H. With all those features fan parts ( engine, impellers, motors, body ) become very durable and steady.
Exproof fan has received many certificates. For instance, certified according to the EN 14986:2006 / Design of fans working in potentially explosive atmospheres and certified according to the ATEX ( ATmospheres EXplosive ). Exproof products to be used or sell in European countries must have ATEX certification.
Options
There are eleven different versions of exproof axial duct fans; from CVS – Ø400 to CVS – Ø1250. For the version of CVS – Ø400; voltage is 400 ( V ), power is 0,75 ( kW ), current is 1,85 ( A ), speed is 3000 ( revolutions per minute ), frequency is 50 Hz, airflow is 6100 cubic meter for hour. Air flow at 300 Pa pressure is measured as 4250 cubic meters per hour. For the version of CVS – Ø1250; voltage is 400 ( V ), power is 45 ( kW ), current is 79 ( A ), speed is 1500 ( revolutions per minute ), frequency is 50 Hz, airflow is 130.000 cubic meter for hour. Air flow at 300 Pa pressure is measured as 110.000 cubic meters per hour.
