Cvsair electrostatic filtered kitchen exhaust fans are designed to be compact to facilitate use. With the help of compact design, fans prevent smoke, smell and work without chimneys. When cooking in restaurants, unwanted odors or smoke may spread to the environment. With the electrostatic filter, odors and particles are prevented from spreading out and smoke is prevented from entering the ventilation systems. The motor is positioned outside the air flow, thus preventing the motor from being damaged by oil and temperature.
Activated carbon molecules can combine with organic materials and prepare an environment suitable for bacterial growth. Activated carbon filters should be used for a healthy and hygienic environment. Activated carbon filters catch gas molecules and prevent them from dispersing. Filters should be changed with an average of one year depending on their condition. Fans are designed for easy use and maintenance. With the help of these features a lot of time and labor saved and resources can be directed for another issues.
There are five different versions of electrostatic filtered kitchen exhaust fans from ESF – 2500, ESF – 5000, ESF – 7500, ESF – 10000 and ESF – 15000. For the version of ESF – 2500; voltage is 380, power is 1,1 ( kW ), frequency is 50 Hz, air flow measured as 2500 cubic meter per hour and static pressure is 400 ( Pa ). For the version of ESF – 15000; voltage is 380, power is 7,5 ( kW ), frequency is 50 Hz, air flow measured as 15000 cubic meter per hour and static pressure is 400 ( Pa ).
