Cvsair compact pressurization fans are manufactured from galvanized steel sheets. With the help of galvanize ( zinc ) layers, chemical corrosion reactions are prevented. The fan bodies are produced to be prevent acoustical transmission and heat transfer. Maintenance operations can be carried out easily with on-off maintenance switch. Those features helps fans to save a lot of time and energy. Fans are suitable to work with frequency inverters. There is smoke and pressure sensor on the fan body. The sensors can easily detect the smoke ppm in the air and measure the pressure therefore the working efficiency can be optimized.
Rain protector has been added to the top of the fans so they can be easily operated in indoor and outdoor. Wire shield mounted to the suction side of fan to prevent particles from entering to fan. The damper used in the fan is motorized. Polyamide is a substance with very high mechanical strength and the fan blades are made of polyamide. Pressurization fans are produced according to the fire regulations.

There are two different versions of cabinet fans; CVS – MBF – Ø800 – 5,5 / 4P and CVS – MBF – Ø800 – 7,5 / 4P. For the version of CVS – MBF – Ø800 – 5,5 / 4P; voltage is 400 ( V ), power is 5,5 ( kW ), current is 11,8 ( A ), frequency is 50 Hz, speed is 1430 ( revolutions per minute ) and airflow is 32560 cubic meter for hour. For the version of CVS – MBF – Ø800 – 7,5 / 4P; voltage is 400 ( V ), power is 7,5 ( kW ), current is 15,8 ( A ), frequency is 50 Hz, speed is 1430 ( revolutions per minute ) and airflow is 38420 cubic meter for hour.
