Cvsair provides a variety of engineering services from analysis reports to implementations of tunnel ventilation ( fan selection program, CFD analyzes, etc. ). Tunnel fans are used for daily and exhaust ventilation. Engines with normal speed in daily use can double up the speed of rotation. With the sign of carbon monoxide and smoke sensors in case of fire.
The aim of using these fans is reducing the harmful gases ( CO, nitrogenoxide, particulates, etc. ) which is created by cars, motorcyles, trucks, buses and any other vehicle with motors in tunnels and providing fresh air. In case of fire the sensors warn the fans to speed up. Fans starts to direct the polluted air towards the end of the tunnel along the direction of the traffic flow. The fan system provides flexibility and ease of installation and prevents loss of time in maintenance and repair operations.
Fans are manufactured in F300 ( 300 C° / 120 min ) and F400 ( 400 C° / 120 min) strength classes according to the EN 12101-3 / Smoke and Heat Control Systems standard and there are options to choose between Ø560-Ø1600 mm diameters. Thrust value of fans up to 2300N. There is a protective wire to protect the motor and the device from particles at suction side and integrated covers for directing the air efficiently at the outlet side. The devices are equipped with a protective coating layer and terminal boxes of the fans are also manufactured fire-resistant.
